Our Salon Policies

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

​We do not offer REFUNDS for any services rendered. We are very happy if you give us the opportunity to make it right. If for any reason you would like to use any other Hairstylist, we will highly recommend that you do so.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION

We are required to get a deposit payment upon scheduling an appointment for any services rendered. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask you to give us 24 hours advance notice and failure to do so will result to forfeiting your deposit.
